After the disaster of Fukushima plant in Japan early this year, Germany decided to shut down all 17 of the country's nuclear reactors over 11 years. Meanwhile, Germany is looking for the countries which can provide solar clean energy.

The reason why Greece is positive in this project is the current high unemployment rate and shrink of economy.
