establish a new roof company

How to create a small business of roof trade in your own country?

I am not a business owner but I know from my client that it's not complicated.

1. apply a company in your country and finish the tax application, take a good name for it.

2. list your company in some business websites, so the roof supplier will find you and contact you.

3. be patient to get enough inquiry email or letter or fax, use Excel sheet or some software to store different roof tile and the price list.

4. select the roof tile suplier who can give your business more profit, contact them to get samples.

5. look at the samples and check out the quality, mark the good ones and pass the others.

6. contact the suppliers for discount.

7. put all the samples in your office showroom or somewhere that your clients would see when come into office.

8. talk with your clients and find the roof tile they are interested.

9. make contract and them import from suppliers.

The total investment is low, but you should think about letter of credit or other payment which may ask you to deposit the fund you need pay your supplier.

Solar Roof Slate

Recently I have been working on solar roof system. It's BIPV that contains solar cells embedded on synthetic ceramic slate tile. Both on-the-grid and off-grid are accepted, some additional accessories are required. Frankly, I'm deeply impressed by this kind of solar roof architecture. It's kind of upgrade from roof with solar panels. If you are interested, visit my website for more info, www.anroof.com

Coke Cola plastic bottles, which have been produced and recycled everyday, are given a new mission in solar energy industry. The cheap, solar-powered bulbs are actually just clear Coke Cola plastic bottles filled with a mixture of purified water and chlorine or bleach which is commonly used in household cleaning products. Each bottle is then inserted halfway into a hole made on the roof of a house. The bulb gives off light equivalent to a 55-watt electric lamp as the water inside the bottle refracts sunlight and other exterior light. Read more on Solar bottle bulbs light up Philippines suburb . It's a roof project, actually, by a student in Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Jesus, what a darn good idea!
